Halloweenie

It's Halloween, one of my favorite times of the year.  I love the colors of Halloween and all that fun spooky stuff that goes along with it and let's don't forget all that candy, too!  I've dressed myself as a kittycat, again.   I usually do this every year especially when my kids went trick or treating.  I'm really missing the carving of a pumpkin, taking them out trick or treating and helping them "eat their candy".  So to all you moms out their, hold on to all those precious memories with your kids and take as many photos as you can so that the images of the past never fade away.  I love you Carman and Kerry!

Bonfire

Relaxing late this afternoon in front of a bonfire. Love this time of the year:  the colors, the smells, harvest time, hayrides, roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. It's cozy time!

Deer Huntin' 10/22/11

Looking down from a deer stand...lol.  So this is my 3rd trip sitting in a deer stand. The sounds of nature are awesome. There are plenty of squirrels and two rabbits on the ground.  Didn't see the first deer but I totally enjoyed nature in it's autumn splendor!

Watched Jersey Shore with my daughter.  "It's t-shirt time!"

Moving On

I'm trying to think when I really started this journey of moving on.  It wasn't this past January 2011 when I left my husband of 23 years.  It was in May of 2010 when I got my first tattoo.  Call it the first stages of rebellion but it was probably more like the day I was truly born.  All I know is that my chains were taken off of me and I became a free person that day.  Now, I'm just trying to enjoy myself and life in general.
